Adrienne is an accomplished Human Resources and Talent Development executive with almost 25 years of experience in the Human Resources function, with expertise partnering with all levels of leaders and executives globally, across multiple industries, and all business functions. She has provided HR leadership across all facets of human resources, relentlessly focused on guiding leaders to create their business strategy across all stages of the employee life cycle.
Over the course of her career, Adrienne has diverse experience influencing and guiding leaders within health care, advertising, consumer products, finance, manufacturing, R&D, and high-tech industries. The organizations that she has worked for have been Fortune 100 companies, as well as start-up organizations, headquartered both in the US and internationally. Adrienne ensures an understanding of the cultures of each unique industry, and company, in the forefront of her mind when approaching establishing trust and providing guidance to her business partner.
Adrienne has had success driving change management initiatives. For example, being the business partner HR lead on several mergers and acquisitions. In any change management situation, Adrienne coaches leaders to respect that every decision they make can affect the the success of their organizations.
Adrienne’s approach of partnering with all leaders is to ensure an understanding of the value, when creating their business strategy, to ensure that employee satisfaction, high-potential identification and development, succession planning, recruiting, compensation planning as a means to drive P&L. These are only some of the strategic initiatives that are a vital role of every leader, at every level, of an organization.
Adrienne has a passion to drive DE&I in order to attract and retain key talent in growing populations, and again, to show a great company culture. She has created programs in traditionally male led industries to support women leaders to thrive in their careers.
Adrienne earned a BA from the State University of New York at Geneseo in Psychology and Sociology, followed by an MA from Hofstra University in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Adrienne is certified in MBTI and True Colors.
