Amar Bhatia

Amar Bhatia is an Associate Management Consultant at E. Rogers Associates, Inc. and is currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Organizational Psychology at Hofstra University. Previously, he received a Master’s in I/O Psychology from the University of Maryland and a one-year MBA from Pennsylvania State University. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology concentrating in Neuroscience and a minor in Biology from Pennsylvania State University.

Prior to E. Rogers Associates, Amar worked at the University of Maryland within their Division of Information Technology as an internal process consultant where he focused on Salesforce change management projects. He also additionally supported process improvement projects for DIT. Before working at UMD, Amar worked at NBC Universal where he was a Human Resources Coordinator. Amar was part of a team which supported over 600 employees within the Operations & Technology division at NBC.

During his Graduate education, Amar has also spent time working with clients and organizations as an I/O practitioner. He has focused on developing 360 performance management systems, developing talent management strategies, and redesigning job selection systems. Currently, he is focused on topics such as leadership and organizational development. With a wide range of knowledge and skills, Amar is prepared to continue his passion of helping individuals and organizations with achieving success and providing solutions to their needs.
